Rodger: It is amazing to me that from the smallest particle comes the power to change the world. Potential energy is bound up in the nucleus of the Atom. However, It is only when the atom is split can the true and full power be understood. I believe that the same potential for success exists within each of us. Just like the atom, we can change the world only when our energy becomes kinetic. What transports us from potential to kinetic? The answer is inspiration. I have been inspired by those who touched my life, my friends, my family and strangers. Many have taken the time to assist, encourage me and challenge me as I pursue my next success. Others may never know the impact of their lives on me. The sharing their life’s story has moved me in immeasurable ways. I believe that my mission in life is to provide the spark for others to experience success. It might be through my words, it might be through my actions or it might be just through my story. As the old Negro spiritual says, “…if I can help somebody along the way, then my living shall not be in vain.”
Frank: Being successful means finding ways around obstacles to achieve or accomplish a goal. A lot of people just don’t have the proper inspiration, motivation, or knowledge. Everyone should experience success! I believe people can achieve anything! I believe people can be successful! I’ve had the great opportunity learn from people who have inspired me to pursue and achieve my goals. The special feeling you get inside when pursuing or achieving a goal can’t be described! The best way for me to repay the people who inspired me, is to help inspire others. I have been told that I inspire and motivate people when I share my experiences. Seeing people achieve a goal or dream inspires me! Putting smiles on people’s faces inspires me! Being the inspiration for an individual to experience success gives me that special feeling that just can’t be described!
